  • Lateness: Please make every effort to be on time as your session may be shortened as a result.

  • There is a 24hr Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice via text/email may be subject to a fee of $50. Please refer to our Policies Page for full details.

  • Last minute cancellation charges are waived during official snow emergencies.
