Integrated Manual Therapy & Orthopedic Massage.

All of my work is centered around shortening the time it takes to provide meaningful improvements to pain and range of motion dysfunction.

After studying a wide range of modalities, I’ve built my system around the aspects that work the most effectively while doing away with anything superfluous.  The end result is a highly effective set of treatment protocols that work toward your wellness goals with great speed and at lower overall costs.

I am a 2015 graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, recipient of many certifications in post graduate training, and owner of Oswego Massage Therapy since 2016; now known as Oswego Sports & Orthopedic Massage.
