The Practice
Since establishing Oswego Massage Therapy in 2016, I have completed over 14,000 appointments and serve over 2000 different clients as of Winter 2025. Oswego Massage Therapy was designed to provide clients with all of the “effective” techniques that directly relate to physical wellness and intervene with issues such as basic & complex pain cycles as well as limits to range of motion; both due to pain itself, as well as orthopedic impediments.
Technique. My take on “Integrated Manual Therapy” was to strip away all the various techniques that didn’t directly relate to clients feeling physically better as fast as possible, thus retaining only the proven techniques and modalities that directly relate to noticeable, physical improvements. In this pursuit, the comfortable environment, relaxing atmosphere, and general “vibe” of massage therapy was able to be retained, while streamlining the techniques down to a system that provides more rapid improvements relative to the main issues that caused you to schedule in the first place.
Technology. Nothing fully substitutes targeted manual therapy and a solid understanding of the underlying nature of physical problems, pain, and range of motion concerns. But some technologies amplify the positive outcome we are all trying to achieve. Newer technologies like the Class 3B Cold Laser as well as herbal based enhancements like nano-emulsified terpenes have become nothing short of game changer in the massage space, though being slow to adopt across the industry. I’ve always been willing to fold these newer, proven technologies into what is an otherwise “timeless” set of manual techniques.

My work focuses on Integrated Manual Therapy and Orthopedic Massage. Trigger Point Therapy, Soft Tissue Release, Passive & Active Stretching also influence my treatment sessions and were foundational to my understanding of Treatment Massage.
I’m a 2015 graduate of the Ononadaga School of Therapeutic Massage and founded Oswego Massage Therapy in early 2016.

Integrated Manual Therapy made a profound positive impact on me years ago while recovering from a difficult series of injuries. These events prompted me to pursue this career and establish a clinic that focuses on helping others get past their own pain as quickly as possible. Today, my practice is focused on combining technology, technique, and current industry knowledge to produce the most effective solutions possible for clients suffering from pain, discomfort, and experiencing reduced mobility.
